The board. All 42 territories are generated from Natural Earth's public-domain country outlines — unioned into RISK regions, split with bounding boxes, projected Miller cylindrical. Sea routes and border markers are derived from the coastlines themselves, so nothing is placed by hand.
The commanders. Drawn in code as SVG. The page ships with no image files at all.
The rules. Classic RISK: reinforcements by territory count with continent bonuses, three-against-two dice, escalating card sets, connected-path fortify. The server rolls every die — nothing on your screen decides an outcome.
The pot. A Solidity escrow on Robinhood Chain. Each seat pays the same entry, and the last commander standing is paid the whole thing in one transfer. Nobody can settle a table that never filled, and every player can withdraw their own entry if a table stalls.
